How can I return or exchange (a) product(s)? (right to cancel)

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs (provided it concerns the entire order). Only the costs for returning from your home to Goldilocks are for your own account. You have another 14 calendar days to return (part of) the order.

If you use the right to cancel, the product is to be returned to Goldilocks, including all accessories and (if reasonably possible) in the original condition and packaging. To use this right, please fill out the Form for revocation. In this form you can indicate whether it concerns the entire order or part of the order. You can then return the product(s).

The exchange of a product for the same product in a different colour/size counts as a new order. You can return the product(s) you want to exchange within the approval period of 14 calendar days. You can order the new product in the same way you did before. Goldilocks will charge shipping costs for the processing and delivery of this new order. When a product has to be exchanged due to a Goldilocks fault or a defect, the shipping costs are of course for Goldilocks.
