No confirmation email received
First check in the spambox of your e-mail account if the confirmation e-mail has arrived. If you didn’t receive the confirmation, check whether your mailbox is full. You also might have entered your e-mail address incorrectly during the ordering process. If the foregoing does not apply, then there may be a technical problem. Please mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the request for a confirmation email, then you will receive it.
Instructions for using hair accessories
The hair accessories of Goldilocks are of good quality, but here are a number of tips to ensure that they remain beautiful for a long time. Remove the hair accessories from the hair before you or your child goes: sleeping, showering, swimming or exercising. Hair bows can of course be worn during these activities, but this is at your own risk. Pay attention to children under three years in connection with small parts, this is also at your own risk.
When you receive a hair flower that you ordered, it is important that you leave it out of the package for several hours. Despite the fact that Goldilocks neatly packs the hair flowers, they can get a bit out of their shape due to shipping. By leaving the hair flower out of the packaging for a few hours, it will automatically regain its original shape.
What to do in case of complaints
We advise you to first report complaints to us by emailing email@example.com. If this does not lead to a satisfying solution, then it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl). If you and Webwinkelkeur do not come to a solution, there is a final possibility to register your complaint via the ODR platform of the European Commission (http://ec.europa.eu/odr)
