1. General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all articles offered in the Goldilocks webshop.
1.2 By placing an order, the customer indicates that he agrees with the delivery and payment conditions.
1.3 Goldilocks reserves the right to amend or supplement these conditions from time to time without prior oral and / or written notice.

2. Delivery
2.1 If you order and pay on business days before 4pm, your parcel is shipped the same day. If this is not possible (for example because of a technical problem or product is not in stock) then the customer will be notified by mail by Goldilocks. The customer receives an e-mail when the order has been sent. It depends on the postal service when the order is actually delivered. Letterbox post is not delivered every day. Also, delivery can take longer to arrive around holidays. Goldilocks can’t be held liable for this.
2.2 Please note that when you pay by bank transfer, the order is sent on the day your payment is received by us. Transactions between banks can sometimes take several days, therefore the order will be sent later.
2.3 Shipping a product from the 'hair clips with name' category can take several days longer, as this is a customized product.
2.4 Goldilocks is not responsible for loss, theft or damage of orders. Shipping is at the risk of the customer. If insurance is desired, the customer can indicate so under the heading 'remarks' when ordering. The costs of the insurance of orders are for the customer.
2.5 Shipping costs include packaging materials and processing costs. Within the Netherlands, shipping costs by letterbox post are € 1.95 and by parcel post € 3.95. Shipping costs of letterbox post to countries outside the Netherlands are based on weight and consist of the following five categories: € 2.00, € 3.30, € 4.50, € 6.40. The costs of parcel post abroad are € 8.00. Orders over € 15, - are free from shipping costs, when shipped within the Netherlands.

3. Prices
3.1 All prices on the site are subject to typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of typing errors.
3.2 All prices on the site are in euros, including 21% VAT and excluding shipping costs.
3.3 Goldilocks has the right to increase or decrease the prices stated in the web shop of the articles offered in the period between the order and the execution thereof, without informing the customer.

4. Payment
4.1 Within the Netherlands, secure payment at Goldilocks can be done through: IDEAL, Paypal (credit card) or bank transfer. Payment outside the Netherlands is possible through: bank transfer, Paypal (credit card), BankContact / MisterCash, Giropay, DIRECTebanking / SofortBanking, Mastercard, Maestro or Visa.
4.2 When using bank transfer, the customer receives a payment confirmation by mail. The amount due must be credited to Goldilocks IBAN account number NL30 INGB 0008 6925 23 ING Bank in the name of Goldilocks within three working days. If the amount is not credited after three working days, the order will automatically be cancelled.
4.3 Bank transfer: The order is only sent when we have received the payment on our bank account. With certain banks, this transaction can take several days, so the order will automatically be sent later. You will receive a notification by e-mail when the order has been shipped.

5. Returns, right to cancel
5.1 When the order is completed, the customer has the right to cancel (part of) the delivered products within a period of 14 calendar days without having to give a reason. This period of 14 days starts at the moment the ordered products are delivered to the customer. This cancellation can be done by using the 'withdrawal form' at the bottom of the Goldilocks page. The customer then has another 14 calendar days to return the delivered products. As soon as Goldilocks has received the products in good condition, the customer will be credited the full order amount including shipping costs within 14 calendar days, provided the cancellation concerns the entire order. Only the costs for returning the products from the customers home to Goldilocks are at the expense of the customer. When the customer returns a part of the products from the order then only the costs of the returned products will be credited, excluding the shipping costs of the order. If the customer has not made use of the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days after the sale, then the purchase is a fact.
5.2 If the customer uses his right to cancel, he will return the product with all accessories and (if reasonably possible) in the original condition and packaging to Goldilocks to the following return address: Goldilocks, Richter 23, 7916 RX Elim Netherlands.

6. Complaints procedure
6.1 If the customer has a complaint about products supplied by Goldilocks, he is required to file the detailed complaints within 7 calendar days (after the customer has discovered the defects) to Goldilocks, info@goudhaartje.nl. Goldilocks will send a confirmation that the complaint has been received. After a complaint has been filed, Goldilocks will respond within 14 calendar days. Should Goldilocks not be able to respond to the complaint within this period, then Goldilocks will give an indication when the complaint can be considered in full.
6.2 In case of complaints that can’t be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer can turn to Stichting WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl), for free mediation.
6.3 In the event that a solution is not yet reached, the consumer has the possibility to have his complaint handled by Stichting GeschilOnline (www.geschilonline.com). The ruling of this is binding, both entrepreneur and consumer have to agree with it. The submission of a dispute to this committee involves costs that the consumer must pay to the committee. It is also possible to register complaints via the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).

7. Gift voucher
7.1 A Goldilocks gift voucher can be freely used in the Goldilocks webshop. The unique code can be entered when entering the order. The discount will then automatically be deducted during the ordering process.
7.2 The Goldilocks gift voucher can not be exchanged for cash and must be spent at once because of the unique code.
7.3 The Goldilocks gift voucher is valid up to 1 year after the date of issue. The date of issue is stated on the Goldilocks gift voucher.
7.4 It is also possible to have the gift voucher delivered immediately to the person for whom the voucher is intended. In the order process, then tick the box to the right of 'send to another address?' And then enter the direct address.

8. Data management
8.1 Goldilocks complies with the law on personal records and will not provide personal data to third parties. For more information read the 'privacy policy' at the bottom of this page under the heading 'information'.
8.2 Goldilocks respects the privacy of the users of the web shop and ensures confidentiality of the personal data.
8.3 All data that you leave at Goldilocks are safe. This is assured by using one of the most modern techniques: the Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

9. Liability
9.1 Goldilocks can’t be held responsible for colour deviations due to screen quality and photo camera quality. The products on the photos are not depicted in full size. Colours are displayed differently on each screen.
9.2 Goldilocks can’t be held responsible for damage caused to children / adults by hair accessories, the customer is responsible for this. Do not leave a child (especially from 0 to 3 years) alone with hair accessories, for example because of to small parts that can be swallowed.
